Our transaction process is fully supervised at every stage:

• Assay & Weighing — All gold is independently assayed before any transaction
• Regulatory Notification — Minerals Commission and PMMC are notified of all export transactions
• Documentation — Every transaction includes: purchase agreement, assay certificate, export licence, and payment records
• Live Tracking — Clients receive a unique tracking ID via our tracking portal
• Escrow Options — For large transactions, funds are held in escrow with regulated Ghanaian banks until delivery is confirmed
